Shortly before dawn this morning I dug out the Nomad heavy warjack I preordered back when it came out and decided it had sat in pieces long enough. Part way through cleaning the mold lines the conversion bug bit and I went to work hacking up the sword arm.

I just finished mounting the completed model on a base. Now I have a Nomad in a classic guard/thrust stance for buckler & rapier fencing.

I would post a picture of it, but I lack a digital camera. So I will have it with me this Wednesday at Misty.

Can't wait to see it!

I really liked the pose from NQ about a year ago; sword back, shield arm forward. Tried to recreate on one of mine, but got lazy...

I put the finishing touches on a dire troll mauler and then finished an impaler and axer.

not sure where I will go from here, tempted to try and paint up the rest I need for the tournament on the 19th, would be gratifying to field a fully painted for once.

Sweet pose! I can't recall the name of the sapce-ninja from Tekken, but the pose remidns me of the ninja before he's about to run you through with his katana.
