So i made a couple more rough terrain hills. I tried some different methods for ground effects. Not sure if they turned out ok or not..

I actually really like the one in the middle. One question though, is the whole hill rough terrain or is it intended to have some rough terrain some not due to the variations in color?

typically i would assume the entire piece would be considered "rough" terrain. I was trying to make different variables of rock, while still trying to keep the theme..

i have a few more pieces i may try to work on this week.

My only worry is the rock looks a bit tall for trying to balance anything around the edge with any amount of success, but they otherwise look good, I've always liked the first rough hill you did at pegs.

these hills are basically the same as that hill, just a bit different stone spread, and slightly different color. I"m bringing them down to Misty tomorrow.
