Quick rule question here and I may have actually messed this up, that is why I want a clarification of it.
1: does it take a point of focus for a Jack to standup from being knocked down?
2: If a jack has a disabled cortex so it can't be allocated focus and it is knocked down is there anyway for it to get back up?

1) If you want to "shake" the knockdown during your control phase (beginning of turn after allocating focus but before the main part of your turn starts) it requires one of the focus allocated to the jack for it to stand up. If you do not want to stand it up before your turn and want to do it on the jacks activation it does not require a focus, but must give up either its movement or its action.

2) Yes, during the jacks activation it may stand up but must give up either its movement or its action.
