I got some druids from andy that were assembled by a glue monkey. He said nail polish remover would get it off but how long can i leave a model to soak??

it will soften within a few hours in it. just dont dip the bases in it.

Nail polish remover wont effect the metal, you could leave it in there for months on end if you forget about it. But the fumes will probably soften the base. I'd recommend cracking them off the base and just tossing them in a baby food jar filled with brake fluid or fingernail polish remover. Give them a little shake every once and a while but they should be fine going overnight.

You could also attempt tossing them in the freezer for several hours, that seems to make certain CA bonders pretty brittle.
